Community Spirit

We have strong links to the village preschool and to the secondary schools in Stevenage, ensuring good transitions for our pupils. We have also developed strong links with the village, enjoying the opportunities it offers for the enrichment of learning and to join in with community events and celebrations.

Supporting Our Church

Aston St Mary’s Church of England is a school at the heart of its community and we make the most of our links to the church, which we visit at least termly for whole school services and use as a resource for learning.

Diocese of St Albans

Here at Aston St Mary’s Church of England Primary School we receive a great deal of support from the Diocese of St Albans in extending pupils’ spiritual development. The vision of the Diocesan Board of Education is to see church schools at the heart of the diocese’s mission.
