On Tuesday 11th November the whole school walked up to the church to take part in our Remembrance service. Pupils from Year Six led the prayers and shared a bible reading. They also gave a powerful recital of ‘In Flanders Fields’ by John McCrae. After this, some of the children shared cinquain poems which they had written in response to the poem and events of the First World War.
