In line with our geography topic on China we have been learning about a Chinese installation artist/sculptor named Yin Xiuzhen. Our unit is called ‘Where is in your suitcase?’ It isn’t a typing error but a play on words. She created an installation called ‘Portable Cities’. She re-creates some of her favourite cities in a suitcase. Peartree class have thought about their favourite places which they are going to create.
