We are learning about China this half term. We can use an atlas to locate major cities and rivers. We are looking at bordering countries, seas and oceans. We are also learning about some famous landmarks.
As part of our learning on China, we have been reading ‘The Magic Paintbrush’ by Julia Donaldson which is based on a traditional Chinese folk tale.
We explored Chinese art. We practiced using watercolours. We even made our own Chop.
We have been exploring and writing about a character’s feelings.
