In our history topic this half term we are learning about The Great Fire of London in 1666.
We will find out when, where and how the fire started and why it spread so quickly destroying so many homes and churches.
Our ‘History Detectives’ enquiry question is Why did the Great Fire of London burn down so many houses and buildings at that time?
We will learn how they managed to stop the fire and what they did to help prevent another such fire.
