We have been enjoying lots of Julia Donladson’s books and have had a fantastic time learning about the Gruffalo. We can join in with the familiar refrains and have used story maps and symbols as well as actions to help with our talk for writing. We spent time making the different houses for the characters in the Gruffalo., choosing our materials carefully. We also used a doodle app to create our own Gruffalo character drawings.
