This half term, we have thoroughly enjoyed researching, designing and building electric vehicles.
We started off by learning about how electric cars work and why they are important in tackling climate change. We then thought about our own design for an electric car before we started building. This was a challenging task that required us to do a lot of problem solving. We had to start off by building a really sturdy jinx framework before adding wheels, which were powered by an electrical circuit with a motor.
We faced many challenges along the way but we all managed to build a working vehicle in the end and are so proud of our final outcomes.
