We had a wonderful morning sharing in our Easter breakfast together. We talked about the Easter story and why it is such an important date in the Christian calendar. We watched the Easter story together as told by Lego minifigures. It is a very powerful version of the story and we spent some time reflecting after this.
After this we sang songs of worship focussing on the Easter story and the sacrifice that Jesus made for us all. We then enjoyed having some food together! we ate lots of hot cross buns which symbolise the cross that Jesus died on. We also know that Jesus enjoyed sharing food with his disciples, just like in the last supper, We love eating food together and celebrating with one another!
