In science, we have been learning about properties and changes of materials. We learnt that some changes are reversible whilst other are irreversible. We observed an irreversible change when we added vinegar to bicarbonate of soda. We knew that the change could not be reversed because there were lots of bubbles which showed us that a gas (carbon dioxide) had been produced.
