Today, we enjoyed a whole day of art. We focussed on developing our pencil sketching skills. Our day began by experimenting with different pencils to create darker and lighter tones. We then moved onto practising different techniques to create texture. After that we learnt how to use shading to represent 3d object using shade and tone.
Our final piece required us to apply all our skills in order to draw Egyptian death masks. Some of us also drew Tutankhamun’s throne.
